Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter room temp
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Cream together sugarn, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter.
Add egg and mix
Add vanilla and sourdough starter and mix until just combined.
In a large mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
Scoop onto cookie sheet.
Using a fork, gently press the dough ball with the prongs of the fork. Then, turn the fork 90 degrees and press again to flatten and make a criss cross pattern.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
