Shipping Info for International Customers (Especially Canada):

If you live outside the U.S., including Canada, your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, and/or courier brokerage fees when your package is delivered. These fees are not included in your order total and are not charged by us.

In Canada, UPS (and other couriers) often charge a customs brokerage fee on top of your government’s GST/HST. We get it, it’s frustrating, but we have no control over these charges, and we don’t receive any of that money.

Please be aware of this before ordering, so there are no surprises when your package arrives. We appreciate your support and transparency goes a long way to keeping things smooth!
