RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase due to quality issues or the item is still in its original packaging and sealed, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. 

RETURN PROCESS

To make a return, please email customer services at sarajean@herbhouseapothecary.com. if you are requesting a return or refund due to quality, we do request photos for proof. Please place the item(s) in its original packaging, and mail to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow atleast seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds make take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
