Returns & Refunds Policy

At Herb House Apothecary, we take great care in crafting high-quality, all-natural products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our handmade products, we have the following return and refund policy in place:

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps maintain the integrity and safety of our handmade, all-natural items.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, please send an email to sarajean@herbhouseapothecary.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where a replacement is not possible.

We do not issue refunds for minor variations in color, texture, or scent, as our products are handmade in small batches and may naturally vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Herb House Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.

Returned Packages: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. We will reach out to confirm the correct address before re-sending. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays and additional fees.
