I absolutely love this cough and cold roller ball!! Both my kids had just gotten through a cold, so I knew it was coming for me next. As soon as I felt that soreness in my throat, I applied this to the back of my neck and continued to do so twice a day, for the next 3 days. I never really did get sick. One morning felt a little crappy, rolled some of this on the back of my neck right away and within 2 hours I felt fine. I think I blew my nose a total of 5 times. This is like magic in a bottle.
